sir my bits score is 263 and this time the 1st iteration's cutoff is 279 and 1st waiting list cutoff is 251 and i have been placed in the waiting list , Can u please tell my chances of getting into bits .

The chances of getting into BITS wud be somewhat faint , but there still are chances as whether students opt out ,then u can get a place. But I suppose this years cut off wud be greater than last yrs coz BITS Hyderabad ws a new institute last yr but nw students wud not be hesitating to go there too, so cut offs may rise. Keep hoping for the best but do keep other options open too. m giving u the cut off list for the past yr.

    look ur chances of getting into bits is pretty sure,but u can't predict about the branch u'll get.If u r looking for bits pilani then i think u'll have to compromise with the branch u get,on the other hand u can get good branches in bits goa and hyderabad.I ll suggest you to go for the next iteration u ll definitely get into bits,then u ll have to decide u wanna go for good branch or college,as u know bits pilani is far better than goa and hyderabad so wont be able  to get good branch.
