cn any 1 pls clearly xplain abt obc reservation of creamy and non creamy layer ???? and my dad is gov. employee abt a salry of 3,00,000 then do i'm eligible for obc reservation in jee ????

Dear Bhargav,

As your father is Govt. Employee and salary is 3,00,000 , so you are in creamy layer .. and in iit jee reservation is only for the non creamy OBC...
