for preparing jee, first of all u hav to build ur concept n also i wud suggest dat u practise simultaneously as more u practise , more u shud learn....According to me practising is d real way for getting ur concepts clear n dat will help u to learn d formulas quickly..
so i will suggest u if go thru some concept den u must do some problems based on dis concept as dese problems will help u to clear ur doubts if u hav any n also help in clearing d real meaning of dat concept....This particular way of preparation is very much needed in physics , math , physical n organic chem..In regard of organic it is d only way dat u can learn d concepts.....
Regarding ur query abt books , for physics i wud suggest u HC verma , alongside wid ncert book ,
for math , der r many books ....
