Hi,

I wish to know the value of part time M.Tech when you have 4+ years of IT industry experience? Does it help in Promotion, increase your pay staying in the same company? or the only way to increase your pay is to switch companies?

If a B.Tech can get the same raise as an M.Tech by switching companies, then why should one go for an M.Tech?

Also, if we wish to stay in the S/w Industry, would doing MBA (Part time) be more beneficial?

Does Part time MBA hold value (Executive MBA for that matter)?
