i have been alloted a seat in paper and pulp in iit roorkee and also a civil engineering seat in nit trichy.which do u think is the correct option?

Since i am an iit student, i will advice you to prefer iit over nit .And iit roorkee has quite a good history in comparison of nit trichy .So according to me you must take iit roorkee,as the brand name of iits is any time a better option for making a choice. And also you can think of upgrading your branch after getting in there.
