Will I go for an Engineering Course or an Integrated Course in Physics in IIT? ? I would like to go for an career in Physics but there is parental & economic pressure to settle fast, as it would take a longer time to go for an Integrated Course...

I would also suggest you go for Engineering course in physics, There is a branch by the name Engineering physics you can take that. You have to get a rank below 1500 to take this..
