ur preference order must be based on d fact dat college comes 1st , den u can compromise wid branch a little........so considering dis fact in mind d best order wud be like :

cs at trichy, cs at warangal,ece at trichy , ece at warangal,cs at surathkal, ece at surathkal, eee/mec at trichy, cs at allahabad,,,i think u may get out of dis choices n u can also think of iiit hyderabad as it is also a better institute n ranked around surathkal, or i will say dat u may give preference to cs,ece at iiit hyderabad over surathkal....

I m suggesting to prefer coll name 1st caoz of d fact dat during ur professional life ur coll name will always matter along side of ur working capabilities.....
