If you have passed 12th this year with more than 60%, then you are eligible

Yes, why not you can attempt iit 2011 surely... but remember you have to do hard work to crack iit.

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
