The last year cutoff for NIT Warangal for Bio tech in state quota was 13,000.. As you lag much behind m sorry to say that you wont be getting there anything in 2nd counselling also. You can wait for 3rd counselling and just hope to get something ( most probably Bio. Tech ) there.

i am sorry 2 say that u can't get any of the NITs,there are few chances for u 2 get even some private college.better see the EAMCET results and join a college in ur state.If possible better take a drop and write the 2010 exam.
