in decreasing order of priority from view point of salaries & placements.

I've got 346 marks in BITSAT & CEE open rank 126, category rank 121 this year.

Out of the three colleges you have opted for BITS is far better than the other two and the latter are almost equal with NSIT with a bit beter ranking than DCE. Basd on these facts your preferance order should be : -

4. Civil, Pilani, Pilani
5. Comp. Sc., NSIT
6. Electrical, NSIT
7. Mech, NSIT
8. Comp. Sc., DCE
