Sir, my rank in uptu see is 1222(gen) and i got iet lucknow cs in 1st round of counselling. IT in hbti closed at 990, can i get it in second round or in third round (if it happens)???

congrats for getting CS in IET lucknow, its a good college but you can wait for 2nd round of counselling and you can easily get IT in HBTI..
