ya.. lil bit change...  u hav to focus more on NCERT BOOKS for aieee prep.. tht's it.. in iit prep. u hav to go thru many xtra books..
n yes, try many ques. of aieee's sample papers.. then u r ready for challenge..

Yea.It changes a little bit.Because in AIEEE there will be only MCQ type questions , where as in iit you have more than one correct answer questions,matchings, blanks. So your way of preparation can be alittle easier.And AIEEE has some extra topics compared to IIT JEE.
