FIRST OF ALL.. PLZ REPLY AS SOON AS U READ IT.. I HAV VERY LESS TYM FOR DECISION MAKING

m 1 year dropper, jee-9400...
my rank in aieee 28700, i want NITs with atleast civil branch or above... i hav heard tht previous year apart from initial 5 round allotment.. counselling was extended till 9 round due to vacancies... n one candidate with 33000 rank( gen) got nit raipur civil branch... so, my ques. is :-
shd i take risk to go till 7 or 8 round... analysing present scenario, what u experts shd suggest me. bcoz, after 5th round, it'll be lil bit risk... so, plz suggest..

n i only want NITs (any NIT) with civil n above branch...
