My state rank(U.P.) in aieee-2009 is 2995.

Do i have any chance of getting MLNR-allahabad?

Dear Deval,

 your rank is very god and the best you will be getting at MLNR Allahabad is Electrical. You may get CS there as you are just a few ranks back.
