I am a repeater in 2010 and i want to give aieee for the third time in 2011. I have joined in a college under state counselling.I want to know that if join nit again in 2011 would it affect my future studies like ms and mba.. Please help me sir???

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
