sir which is better civil or electrical or mechanical write in preference order

All the branches you have given are the core branches and all do have good scopes.

Their preferance order is generally  : -

1. Electrical
2. Mechanical
3. Civil

Also the labour requires by the student in these branches is of the same order with elec. maximum. Among these the scope for mech is very large as its a wide range.
