if a student has got a good air in aieee from west bengal will he still be considered under state quota in nit durgapur?

Allotement of seat is in following order

1. ALL india rank + general rank

2 All india rank + category rank

3 state quota general rank

4 state quota category rank.

this order is followed.  which combination give you better choice will be consider for ur seat allotment.
