Plz suggest the best choice b/w mnit computer science or bits-pilani dual. also, explain why? Plz...plz...reply soon

The best among two that you mention is BITs Pilani dual.. But if we talk about the most preferred branch then its CSE.. 

CSE @ MNIT is also good option if you have keen interest in the computers .. otherwise i ll advise you go for dual @ but pilani as BIts pilani is one of the top five collages in India. So decide wisely.
