my rank in iitjee 2010 is 2646. in 2nd allotment is there any chance of getting iitkgp instrumentation or iit roorkee electrical

with this rank its very difficult to get these branch even in second counceling.for lower rank under 4000.no candidate left the alloted branch ,so in second councelling you will hardly get in improvement in branch. second councelling is effective for branch 5000-7000 ,because many student in this range does not get desired branch so they left their seat. as per the last year statistic 450-470 seat remain unoccupied in IITs.this year iit is conducting second councelling also ,so it will help lower rank studend to get better option in second councelling.
