What is the difference between M.Tech Dual Degree Programme and M.Tech Integrated Degree Programme?

There is no significant difference between the two because all that matters in the end is whether you are a postgraduate or undergraduate . Both the dual and integrated pogrammes give you a masters degree in the end .
