I dont think there wud be ne refund

since der is no 3rd round of counselling,many seats wud be vacant if ppl just block a seat and den leave it,so IIT wud do their best 2 prevent such action

not refunding the fees in 1 of the ways

Are core branches(Mechanical) in Top 3 NIT worth it ?

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
