With a IITJEE AIR of 4481, I am getting Chemical/metallurgical in II, BHU. Is there any chances of getting Metallurgical in IIT, Roorkee, if I participate in 2nd counselling. whether Chemical in IT,BHU is preferable over Metallurgical in IIT, Roorkee. Also provide details about 2nd counselling. Plz reply fast

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
