can it possible to place a atom on face centre of bcc in which it touch atom of body centre without touching atoms of corners.give reason.

No this is not possible because in BCC the body centred atom is in contact with the four atoms above and four atoms below. If we place an atom at the centre of a face then it would touch the corner atoms as well body centred atom.
