sir, in second round counselling are there any risk factors or surely get better or same preference alloted in the first round of our choice list ?

no risk factors whatsoever unless u urself hav placed wrong choices before in the choice sheet

u will either get a choice above current allotment or the same,but not the lower one at any cost

I am called at IIT Rorkee for the counselling round but I am not sure what a counselling round is and what questions would be asked. Does it mean that I get into IIT for sure if I accept the preference that is available or offered and  I accept  ?

(I want to get into IIT whatsoever choice I have)

I would appreciate quick response as I have the counselling round after 2 days.
