Sir,I have scored a little less in MHT-CET 2010, hence I am not able to get admission in CoEP for Comp. Sc. or E&TC Engineering. But if I score well in my 1st year, then will I be eligible to apply to CoEP,or MIT,or Cummins for 2nd year?
