Dear Dhruv,

The last year cutoff of IIST for 2008 was 7770 in the merit list and it doesnot go upto EML list. Those students who have been listed in the EML list are only eligiblr for the colleges listed on the JEE website.

there are lots of private college in bangalore which serves admission on the first come first basis or some of the colleges they may offer to get some donation.
