The best options in the order for the availability of jobs are:

1. Electrical
2. mechanical
3. Civil

CSE and ECE are definitely better.

as for Govt. jobs are concerned the list should be;

1. Mechanical
2. Electrical
3. Civil

CSE and ECE are a bit less important from point of view of govt. JObs.

since govt usually uses softwares bought from Private companies.
