last year the closing rank at iit kharagpur for mechanical engineering was 1214.i got an air of 1390.do i have chances of getting mech. eng there.if not whats the best branch for me??

You can try this time also as it keep changing from time to time. Although you can taje Civil, or the new branches and do top over in your branch . You can get the option of branch change over there.
