Refering to the last year cutoff details you would be getting some poor branch at ISM Dhanbad, opting for which is useless. or you would be getting some core branch at new IITs which is also not a safe option to pursue.

If you get some branch at DCE through AIEEE taht would be fine enough because it has only core branches and some of the other good branches.

Regarding BITS, Pilani is far better college that Goa in terms of placement and facilities. So you should go for Pilani.
