my aieee GE category rank is 11300.can I get ECE or EEE in any of the NITs or IIITs.if yes, tell me which NIT????

Your rank is quite good .. You can get admission in NIT rourkela, hamirpur, durgapur, silchar.. almost all except Trichy and warangal. But if you have HS then there is possiblity of trichy and warangal.
