Well you could get any of the branch of your wish at BITS as the last year cutoff for Comp.Sc. at BITS Pilani was just 349.

Regarding you AIEEE rank you wont be making to the best NITs i.e. Warangal or Trichy so better dont opt for that.

Your JEE rank is not good enough to fetch you any course at old IITs. This rank will provide you either Mechanical or other department lower than this at IT-BHU or any courses at new IITs. As the latter are just made they dont have enough exposure and proper administration or proper management system. The faculty also there are less and they have to suffer a lots of lodging problems as they are mentored by the older IITs.

BITS Pilani comes 5th on the national ranking og best engineering collegeeven better than some of the IITs. The branch you would be getting there is also the best. So dont think and take admission into Pilani, that would be the best and the safest option for you to pursue your career.
