among electrical@iitr & electronics & communication@iitr which is better and why?? please explain the difference among two!!! please help me out!!!! and why ranking of electronics is higher than that of electrical.

NO Doubt you shud take Electronics and communication engg in IITR as its domain is quite wider and placement opportunities are also huge...There will be lots of technical exposure and infrastructure wise also its better..
