shud i go for dual deg 4rm pilani?

also will i get an assured BE deg after my 1st yr?

If we compare both the institute .. then BITs Pilani is much better .. but regarding branch M Sc .. if you are interestd in reasearh further thn msc dual program is better option .. But if want any branch thn try for some top NITs.. And you join BE degree thn definatly you will get assured degree.
