Admission through Aieee

Question

Dear Sir,

I have ranked 357914(AIR) in AIEEE in which i have not qualify for my online counselling so i have to go for my state counselling, so i wanna ask dat will I get admission to my state engineering college only or can i get some national colleges???

Its quite difficult to get some good college at this rank. To be honest I would suggest you to give one year with full dedication and hardwork and fetch a good rank next year...You can start your preparation from today only...

Are core branches(Mechanical) in Top 3 NIT worth it ?

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
