sir, i want to ask that i am getting civil , mechanical in iit b and electrical(power) are the latter two in iit d . my futre plans are IAS or RAS.. according to u for which branch i should go for

If you want to prepare for IAS, then civil would be the best option for you, from IITD.  or else you can also opt for electrical for RAS.
