I got air 4134 in iit jee. I want to get the iit tag from the 5 old iits. I dont mind taking any course, Btech/Mtech/Msc. Please advise me if taking an Integrated Msc. course in iit B or iit K or IIt Kgp in any field is OK just for the IIT tag? I have also got air 747 in AIEEE and State rank 19. But i will take up anything for an iit tag. PLease help.

sevel branches in IIT kharagpur

biotechnology in IIT madras

and several branches in IIT Roorkee

IIt tag is good but at the same time you should also consider your interest and the scope of that perticular branch.

in new iits you will also get branches like computer electronics,mechanical.you will get your degree after 4 year .after 4 year these new iits will no longer new iits.

so think and then take any step.
