Process engineering with MBA is a good option as you will develop both technical and management skills which are very much required in the industries. The companies often conduct management programs to enhance the skills of its executives, so you will have an upper hand. And doing MBA from a renowned institute will open your options further..
The pay scale will be almost equal to that of a guy who's done mba after passing out of iit and you'll be in a technical job,putting to use the information you abtained during your b.tech.
