The cutoff for AIEEE show a category called OP -we assume OP is open category. My question is for OP category the cutoffs given - are they the All India Rank or category rank ? eg my AI rank is 10000 but my cut off rank is 8000 so what is being considered in OP ?Which is a better option Manipal / Vellore Institute of Tech / NIT`s with the above ranking ?
