I am expecting to get mechanical in IT BHU and ISM and Civil and Chemical in BITS, Pilani. Which college and branch should I prefer ?

All the option that u have mentioned are good in terms of placement and future scope.. The first thing i ll advise is go with your choice of branch .... And if you neutral for both, then i ll advise you to go for BITs pilani.
