sir my rank is 1455(air) & in ob category(187).can i get electrical(m.tech dual) with specialization in any of the following iit: delhi kanpur bombay. if not then nao science(mechanical) m.tech dual from iit kanpur please help

You might get electrical at delhi and you will definately be getting mechanical in any of these IITs.
