My IIT JEE 2010 rank is 6401. I, if I can get a good branch in any of the old iits since the seats in the old iits are going to be increased. Your response is awaited eagerly.

You will get branches like textile , Metallurgy , Mining , Bio. Chem in old IIT's and options for some Dual courses too. 

you will have a option to get better branchs in New IIT's
