My IIT JEE ranking is 7900, can there be any possibilities for me in GE, if my choice is any of the IITs (excluding Varanasi, Dhanbad? What is the latest & updated matrix of courses and seats available in 2010 in all of the IITs?

You can get admission in old IITs .. you may not get the branch of your choice in IIT dellhi , bombay and kanpur .. but you can get a few streams
