sir i have secured 1724 rank in OBC category in jee 2010. what possible courses can i get. i am a rsident of punjab and want a seat preferably in the northern region.my interest is electronics , computer sci. and mechanical...what are the chances of getting a seat in these courses ?

you may not get these branches in iit delhi , mumbai and kanpur .. but you can get any of these branches in other iit's including the new IITs
