Sir, my rank in iit is 8386 and in obc category it is 1303. But i belong to creamy layer category. Then which branch may i get?? also my score in BITS is 333, then shall i try for it or go in iit??

Congrats for your selection !!

If you are in creamy layer your OBC rank will be considered less . As about your general rank you have chance in new IIT's  if not in the old ones.

I wud suggest you to check which branch you are getting in new IIT and in BITS . If you get a branch of your choice in NEW iit you can go for it , If you geting BITS pilani which is less likely you can go for it .
