i got 2190 rank in gen and want cs,elec or mech which colleges can i get and which colleges have specilisation in these streams

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (B.Tech. 4 Yr) - IIT Guwahati

COMPUTER SCIENCE & ENGINEERING (B.Tech. 4 Yr) - IT Varanasi

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (B.Tech. 4 Yr) - IT Varanasi  (But I won't recommend you this branch in IT Varanasi, other two you can opt.)

See, every IIT is specialized in every branch. You can take any branch in any of the IITs. It's matter of your choice and interest.
