Results for iit jee 2010 were just announced today. My rank is 6401. Please help me out to know the colleges and branches i can get in the new and older iits. please iam really desperate.

Congrats on your rank!!!

You can get admission in old IITs .. you may not get the branch of your choice in IIT dellhi , bombay and kanpur .. but u ll surely get a good branch in old IIT. 

You will have a better chance to get a branch of your choice in a new IIT .
