what is diff bitween 5 yrs integrated mtech course dual degree and btech course

In a five year integrated Mtech course, you are required to take extra courses in your fourth year than the students in the btech course of the same department. In your fifth year, you work mainly on your MTech project. At the end of five years, you get both a BTech and a MTech degree. While in a BTech course, you only get your BTech degree but in just four years. It is not possible to terminate a dual degree course after four years and obtain only BTech degree. You get both the degrees only after the completion of 5 yrs.
