I am expecting 185 marks in IIT-JEE,220 marks in AIEEE , my BITSAT score is 312, my VIT rank is 6273. My category is OBC(NCL). What could be the best option? Please arrange them accordingly.

always its better to for IIT JEE any engg. branch or even ny branch in iit

then some NITs like warangal,surath kal, trichy

then BITS Pilani and VT shld be last option
