SIR I M EXPECTED TO GET AROUND 7000 RANK IN IITJEE2010 AND AT THIS I THINK I WOULD GET A VERY LOW TYPE BRANCH IN IITS SO I WANT TO KNOW DOES CHOSING IISER OR RGIPT WOULD BE A BETTER OPTION THAN GETTING INTO IITS? and sir please dont suggest me to get in through aieee since my eee has gone very bad?

With 7000 you are most linkely to a ok sought of branch in OLD IIT you wud have a better chance in NEW IIT's though . 

But i wud suggest you can try for iiser & rgipt as you will have a chance to get a branch of you choice in them.
