BIT has a nice name in educational sector, though their Pilani campus is the most prestigious one, Noida and Mesra extensions are also doing good. So the quality of programs offered must be good and they have good facilities and faculties. You should have a minimum 60%if you take an average of all major subjects in 12th to apply for BBA program.
I am not sure with 60% but since u got 81% , u definitely stand chance to get admission
